About Rebecca & The Studio
Hi! I’m Rebecca Gagne — a wife, mom of three, and a lifelong lover of all things creative.
After running my DIY business as a mobile studio for seven years, I opened my storefront on February 1, 2025. While I loved bringing creativity on the road, I knew I wanted something more permanent…a space where community could grow and people could truly gather.
Since I began teaching in 1999, I’ve dreamed of creating a cozy gathering place like the bookstore in You’ve Got Mail. A cozy, welcoming place filled with story times, laughter, and people gathering together. While my path led me to a DIY studio instead of a bookstore, the heart behind that dream remains the same.
Our Why
My “why” for transitioning to a studio space is simple: connection.
This studio was created to be a community-focused space where people can step away from the stress and chaos of everyday life and simply create.
It’s a place to gather with friends, family, coworkers…or to come on your own and make new connections. A place to bring back the days of sitting around a table, crafting and chatting, sharing stories while making something meaningful.
Most importantly, this studio is for all ages and all abilities.
Whether you’re a toddler attending Toddler Time, a teen exploring your creativity, an adult needing a creative escape, or a grandparent joining in the fun…there is always a seat at our table for you.
We strive to create an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and celebrated just as they are.
Because here, it’s not just about the project.
It’s about connection.
It’s about community.
It’s about creating together.
I can’t wait to welcome you into the studio to share the joy of DIY workshops, events, birthday parties, fundraisers, and creative moments with you.
